In the early years of the Kilchoman distillery, FC Whisky Denmark was one of the most active national importers. From 2010 to 2015, it released 11 Kilchoman single cask bottlings for the Danish market.

The bottling listed here, released at the beginning of 2012, was already the sixth Kilchoman release by FC Whisky Denmark. With the third release, FC Whisky had presented a bottling from the Oloroso Sherry Butt No. 316/2006 at the end of 2010, now followed by the sister cask 314/2006, which was also filled on 8.11.2006, but a good year older, which gave Danish whisky fans nice opportunities for comparison.
