The Chinese Kilchoman importer Single Malt Club China (SMCC) released this Kilchoman single cask bottling for its customer “Kukon” in the summer of 2023. The whisky was first matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for nine years before being finished in a Sauternes wine cask for one and a half years.
