This single cask release was bottled for Omef Ganor, owner of the Bar Mozner and Travitz Bar in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Distilled on 14 August 2013, the whisky was initially aged for six and a half years in a bourbon barrel and was transferred to a Calvados cask on 9 February 2020, where it was finished for almost 8 months. Bottling took place on 28.9.2020, and the release was then available in Israel at the beginning of March 2021.
