Comraich Batch No. 6 released

The Comraich releases, bottled in batches, are special bottlings for the bars of the same name, which can only be tasted there and are not sold on the market. There is now a worldwide network of over 100 whisky bars that have been granted Comraich bar status by Kilchoman. An overview can be found here.

Batch No. 6 has been available for a few days now. This time it is a Calvados Double Cask Finish. Four bourbon barrels from 2011 and 2012 were finished in two fresh 400l Calvados casks for one year.
In total, the whisky bottled at cask strength of 53.8% is thus 10 years old, and the yield was 730 bottles.

Once again, a good reason to visit the nearest Comraich Bar.
