This Kilchoman single cask release was bottled at the end of 2011 for the Madrid wine merchant Lavinia. It is a 100% Islay whisky, i.e. Kilchoman’s production line, where all production steps from barley to bottle are carried out on site and establishes the self-image as Islay’s farm distillery.
