Kilchoman 100% Islay Cask Vatting Sherry Hogshead Finish for The Kilchoman Distillery Shop

Kilchoman has now released a new Distillery Shop Exclusive Release for the Visitor Centre.

This time it is a vatting of three ex-bourbon barrels in which the 100% Islay whisky, made from the farm’s own barley, was initially matured for just over 4 years and was then decanted into Oloroso sherry hogsheads on 21 December 2015 and finished in these for eight month.
