The spirits retailer TasTToe, which claims to be “Belgium’s greatest whisky shop”, released this Kilchoman single cask bottling in mid-2017. Made from the farm’s own barley, the whisky (100% Islay) was matured for five and a half years in an ex-bourbon barrel.
