In the summer of 2023, the German Kilchoman importer Hanseatische Weinhandelsgesellschaft Bremen released An Samhradh 2023, already the sixth Uniquely Islay series with ten different bottlings.
This is number 9 of this series. The whisky was matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for almost 13 years. This makes it one of the oldest Kilchoman bottlings available on the market.
