Kilchoman Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish for The W Club

In April, a Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask bottling was released exclusively for the W Club, the customer club of the well-known British spirits chain The Whisky Shop.

The whisky was first magtured for almost 8 years in a 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel and then finished for 13 months in a PX sherry hogshead. This comparatively long finishing period gave the whisky a very distinct Pedro Ximénez Sherry character that dominates all other flavours.
