Kilchoman Sauternes Single Cask Finish 596/2012 for The Distillery Shop

Since 23 July 2023, a new Distillery Shop Exclusive release is available in the Kilchoman Visitor Centre. This time it is a good 10 years old Sauternes Cask Finish: the whisky was first matured for more than 8 years in an ex-bourbon barrel and was then finished for 21 months in a Sauternes wine cask. The yield was 236 bottles at an alcohol content of 54.5%.

The bottling is available for £117.58 per bottle exclusively at the Kilchoman Visitor Centre.
