This single cask release was sold exclusively in the Kilchoman Distillery Shop in October 2017. It was the first Sauternes Finish Single Cask Release of the distillery.
The whisky was initially matured for 5 years in a bourbon barrel and was then finished for 4 months in a Sauternes wine cask.
