In mid-2012, Kilchoman Distillery released for the first time a series of full maturations from Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads for various markets worldwide. It was a series of sister casks (368/2006-373/2006) filled in early November 2006 and bottled after about five and a half years.

The bottling for Switzerland listed here was the last of the six releases mentioned. It was only released at the beginning of 2013 and the whisky matured for just over 6 years.
