The German Kilchoman importer Alba-Import has brought a new small batch release to the German market on average every year since 2012. After a bourbon, sherry finish, 100% Islay and PX finish/Oloroso release, the Oloroso Sherry edition listed here followed at the beginning of 2017. Two Oloroso Sherry Butts filled in 2008 were bottled in February 2017 after almost 9 years of maturation and resulted in a yield of 1.285 bottles, which were quickly sold out.
