Two new Kilchoman Single Cask Bottlings in Slovakia released

After the first three Kilchoman Single Cask bottlings were released in Slovakia at the beginning of this year, two more followed in December. Besides another Sauternes finish, especially the Marsala finish, one of the first Kilchoman bottlings of this type of maturation, should meet with great interest. Both casks were filled on 31 January 2013. After maturing for over 8 years, they were finished for one year each and bottled on 22 September 2022.

As in the spring, these are again not casks bottled especially for Slovakia, but releases that Kilchoman bottles from time to time for “smaller markets” – i.e. countries where independent editions are not yet worthwhile. Bottles of these may well turn up in other countries as well.
